Physicochemical Properties: Sucrose fatty acid ester S series products are esters of sucrose and fatty acids, appearing as a creamy white to yellowish-brown powder. They disperse or dissolve in water, are soluble in chloroform, and readily dissolve in hot ethanol and other organic solvents. They are stable under weakly acidic or weakly alkaline conditions. Sucrose fatty acid esters are non-ionic surfactants. Due to the presence of strongly hydrophilic sucrose hydroxyl groups and lipophilic fatty acid groups in their molecules, they are excellent emulsifiers.

Applications and Functions:

Usage Method: When using, typically mix the sucrose fatty acid ester with an appropriate amount of water (or oil, ethanol, or other solvents) to moisten it, then add the required amount of water (or oil, ethanol, or other solvents) and gently heat to disperse or dissolve it. If used with soluble powders, first mix this product with the powder, then add the solvent to disperse or dissolve. Avoid directly adding sucrose fatty acid esters to hot water to prevent clumping and prolonging dissolution time.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
